Riverhawk customer service does not stop when we ship our products to our customers. Our many years of experience in the industry lend us a solid understanding of the quality that is required for success. Quality, safety, reliability and speed are our top-most priorities when we work with each of our customers that’s why we offer field service, support & training to every one of our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We also appreciate the need for a timely installation or outage and we understand that on-going support is critical. Providing the best in field service, support & training to our customers is of the utmost importance to us and our continuing relationship with our customers. That’s why Riverhawk offers in-house and off-site training on a variety of topics including the installation and operation of our products.

We can even do the work for you! Reduce costly downtime by having our experienced field service team come to your site. We will assemble or disassemble your gas or steam turbine flange hardware, or any of our other products. Whether we do the work or supervise we will make sure the job is done safely, correctly and to the highest standard of which you expect!

Whether it is the initial installation of a new product or the disassembly of an older product, by having our experienced Field Service Reps do the work for you, you will be guaranteed the job is done right, in a timely manner saving you time and money.
    • Supervision – Our Experienced Field Service Reps will work with your field personnel to ensure your products are installed correctly and efficiently the first time.
    • Troubleshooting – Something not right? We will work with your field personnel to quickly solve any problems you may have, whether it be over the phone or travel to your location to provide the necessary support to get you going again.
