Accessibility Statement

Riverhawk Company is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We design our pages and documents so that customers, engineers and partners can find the information they need regardless of how they access it.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. Where we cannot meet a requirement, we identify the limitation below and offer an accessible alternative on request.

Accessibility features on this website

  • An accessibility toolbar, available on every page, with controls for font size, line, letter and word spacing, dyslexia-friendly and readable fonts, text alignment, high contrast, dark and light modes, colour inversion, grayscale, saturation and brightness, heading and link highlighting, underlined links, a large cursor, a reading guide and reading mask, focus and keyboard options, reduced motion, autoplay control and flashing reduction.
  • A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page for keyboard and screen reader users.
  • Text alternatives on images that carry meaning, and a text label wherever a partner logo cannot be displayed.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, menus and controls, with visible focus outlines and a toolbar that closes with the Escape key.
  • Layouts that reflow for zoomed text and small screens, and that respect your device's reduced-motion and autoplay preferences.
  • Accessibility toolbar settings are stored on your own device and reapplied when you return.

Compatibility

  • This website is built with standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript and uses WAI-ARIA attributes where they add meaning.
  • It is tested in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on desktop, tablet and mobile.
  • It is designed to work with screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack, and with keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification and speech recognition software.

Known limitations

  • Embedded third-party content, such as YouTube product videos, the hosted privacy policy and our external apparel shop, is provided by other companies and may not fully meet these standards.
  • Some downloadable documents, including certain installation manuals and catalogues supplied in PDF format, may not be fully tagged for screen readers.
  • A small number of older pages may not yet meet every requirement. We correct issues as we find them and as they are reported to us.
