Riverhawk diaphragm couplings feature a modular, weld-free design that maximizes interchangeability and simplifies maintenance. The contoured design accommodates angular, parallel, and axial misalignments between connected shafts — extending equipment lifespan and minimizing wear.
Our standard material is 15-5PH Stainless Steel, providing an excellent balance of strength and corrosion resistance without additional coating. For high-power density applications, aerospace-grade maraging steel with dual-layer corrosion protection is available.
Riverhawk manufactures custom couplings to most OEM specifications including low and high-speed designs, low-moment configurations, and couplings engineered to accommodate torque management devices and accessories.
